The XHD Full Replacement Leaf Springs designed for those with constant 2,000lbs in the bed. Designed for the pop-up campers like the Four Wheel Campers Hawk. Although, it will work with ANY 2,000lb. constant load. This is NOT a leaf spring pack designed to run unloaded, it requires the 2,000lbs load to sit at the intended height and properly function. Being a far heavier spring rate than our standard leaf spring AND designed to operate with a much higher center of gravity, we recommend 2.5″ Remote Reservoir Shocks & custom shock tuning for optimal control and ride quality.

 Fitment: Ram 2019+ 3500 4×4, Diesel with 4.25″ Axle Tube
 Will NOT fit trucks that have factory air-assist

As the “Overland” Market has grown, and with it, the different in-bed camper segments, we’ve found ourselves adapting. We started with the TFL Truck. If you’re unfamiliar with them, The Fast Lane Truck is a popular YouTube truck-testing channel. We participated in the build of their 2020 F250 they equipped for their “No Pavement Needed” series in which they took a Carli Pintop equipped Super Duty across the country with a 4 Wheel Camper Hawk pop-up in the bed supported by our “XHD” leaf spring pack. We’ve done the same for the Ram Platform.

The constant 1,800lb.-2,000lb bedload required us to build a beefier version of the HD leaf springs. With this leaf spring and the added spring rate, we require customers to run the Pintop (King 2.5″) shock package for which we’ve developed a custom shock tune refining the overall ride, handling, spring rates and heightened center of gravity that accompany a rig modified as such. The result can be seen in the MANY videos TFL published featuring this bad-ass rig. Unfortunately, we do not have these tuning profiles for the Ram – we’ll need to get a local truck with these springs in to develop this tune for the XHD, time permitting. If you have a local shock tuner that can dial these in, that would be ideal.
